Pricing FAQ
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Every Tenvoraq client runs on a dedicated instance connected to a domain they own — whether one you already have or a new one you register. There's no shared tenvoraq.com login for live portfolios; that's only for our public demo.
Is my data shared with other customers?
No. Each client gets a separate, dedicated portal instance tied to their own domain — never a shared multi-tenant login or database.
What counts as a "unit"?
Any individually leasable space — an apartment, office, shop, or room — set up in Tenvoraq, whether occupied or vacant.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. As your portfolio grows past a plan's unit limit, you can move up to the next plan at any time.
Do tenants, staff, or vendors need their own paid seats?
No. Tenant, staff, and vendor logins are included — plan limits apply to manager/owner seats and total units, not every person who logs in.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Growth — domain connection and instance provisioning are included. Enterprise onboarding is scoped and quoted individually based on portfolio size and any custom integration work.
